Currently serves as the President and General Counsel for Mac Property Management, LLC and LARP Holdings. 

Prior to joining LARP Holdings in 2020, Dave practiced corporate law for 25 years, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Dave graduated from the University of Chicago, with Honors, in 1989 and from the Valparaiso University School of Law, Summa Cum Laude, in 1995.
